New Year and New Experiences

New Year's Eve was kind of exciting. We gave Kori her first taste of bananas. She loved it! Every time we paused she would start to whine. And then should would lunge for the spoon as we brought it to her mouth. She's always been a good eater and probably will always be. She enjoyed her food immensley and I can't wait to have her try more!

Jared's Visit

Recently Jared and his kids, Noah, Isaac, Avery & Bailey, came to visit us all down in California! It was really good to see them all, although we do wish Kim could've come with them. The kids have gotten sooooo big! We hope to see them again next Summer!!!

Christmas Day - Atkins Style

Christmas afternoon and evening was spent with the Atkins side of the family. We all went to my sister Emily's home to celebrate. It was a ton of fun because Emily's girls got the dance game for the Wii. Almost everyone tried it and had a blast doing it!

We also played the $5 game we usually play every year and had a feast! It was super fun!

Christmas Morning!!

Christmas morning we spent with just our little family. It was fun to see Kori just staring at all of the presents. She wasn't really interested in the actual presents. More so, she was interested in the wrapping paper and bows. She was so cute! We love her so much and are so blessed to have her in our family!

We are very blessed to be able to have celebrated our Saviour's birth together as a family. We hope everyone's Christmas was a good as ours.

Christmas Eve - Solis Style

For Christmas Eve this year, we spent it with Jacob's side of the Family. We all gathered at Valerie's house for presents and food. It was fun, especially because we had Kori with us this year.

Christmas Lights!!

Recently we went down to Rancho Cucamonga to see the Christmas lights that the neighborhood displays. Almost every house is decked out in lights. It's awesome!

We went last year, just Jacob and I. But this year we had the addition of our little Kori!!! She loved it and was looking at all of the lights the whole night.

But by the end of the night she was super tired and was knocked out! We'll have to make it a tradition from now on!

Laker Time!

Jacob just had to get her something with Lakers on it. He found this onsie at Target the other day and just had to have it! She's adorable in anything so I said sure, what the heck!

I just love both of them so much! Daddy and daughter look so much alike! It's crazy.
